Leigh Prossor

Leigh has over 20 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, specialising in detailed engineering design and delivery of land development projects. Leigh’s experience spans strategic engineering planning, structure planning, and infrastructure contributions, front end master planning, detailed civil engineering design and project management and delivery. Utilising the expertise gained through over 20 years experience as a civil engineer, project manager and engineering manager in the land development and civil infrastructure areas, Leighs communication skills, knowledge and can-do attitude is a must for your project’s success.

Leigh was manager of the Geelong civil engineering office of CardnoTGM for 6 years leading an experienced and diverse team.  More recently he worked with Ramsey Property Group as Project Development Director overseeing the delivery of multiple land development projects and intimately involved in the master planning of their landholdings within several large PSP’s currently under development.

Leigh brings a passion for quality development outcomes on all projects he is involved in and with his unique experience on both the consultant and client side of the projects has a strong understanding of all of the required inputs and drivers to ensure a quality outcome for all projects he is involved in.  Leigh is currently an active member of the UDIA Geelong committee, and outside work enjoys spending time with his family and exploring all that Geelong and Victoria have to offer.

Tom Rix

After growing up in the country town of Cobden and coming from a hands-on background, Tom made the coastal move to the Geelong region to follow his engineering passion.

With 7+ years of engineering experience across detailed civil engineering for roads, drainage, sewer and water design, and contract management and superintendency.

Tom has undertaken previous roles as a civil engineer and Project Manager with former consultancies TGM, Cardno and Stantec, gaining an extensive knowledge base and building a portfolio demonstrating the technical elements required to deliver a variety of projects.

Tom holds a Chartered Engineer and Project Manager status with Engineers Australia and is registered to act as a Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Victoria.

Project Management has required Tom to be intimately involved in urban greenfield and brownfield development and infrastructure projects, offering clients a holistic and rounded perspective to deliver their project efficiently. At an engineering level Tom is driven to deliver the best outcome that serves the community, prioritising a desirable solution to resolve any challenge.

Away from the work environment Tom enjoys family time, a round of golf and anticipating Essendon’s next premiership campaign.

Isaac Clarey

Isaac has over 14 years experience in the engineering, land and urban development sector. Throughout his career Isaac has been exposed to a diverse range of projects and has developed a multi-disciplinary skillset which brings together the complex facets of engineering projects. Isaac is an experienced engineer & manager with an outstanding understanding of the legislative and regulatory requirements for development projects. He has extensive experience in project management, feasibility assessment/estimation, construction & contract management and design delivery of significant infrastructure projects which pull together road, drainage, sewer, potable water and associated servicing requirements. Isaac also has extensive experience in the water engineering realm, with a broad understanding of flood estimation, stormwater design & mitigation, and water sensitive urban design that is ultimately critical in many engineering projects.

Isaac has an investment in local based projects and his skillset is successfully applied to a range of large-scale projects where he leads and empowers our skilled team of workers to a desired outcome. Isaac has developed excellent communication skills and strong rapport within the industry – he takes a lead role and considers input from key stakeholders to ensure thorough delivery of projects that exceed expectation.

Isaac calls upon his expertise to engage in early consultation and involvement with our Clients. He has a strong network of contacts with the local authorities and approval bodies that are put to efficient use. Isaac’s technical and analytical skills are utilised in projects to develop accurate scope of work which are tailored to project requirements from design through to construction.

Isaac’s experience base comes via roles as a Civil Engineer/Project Manager for TGM in their Geelong (Vic) and Northern Rivers (NSW) office for over 10 years. More recently he was the Victorian Operations Manager for Planit Consulting for over 3 years where he built a local presence for their Victorian arm of the business. Isaac has a passion for the outdoors and adventure, often taking the family on caravan & camping expeditions to head bushwalking, surfing or to find wildlife in some remote corner of the country. He is very enthusiastic for all things sport and will hopefully enjoy a Bombers premiership some time soon.
